We can  provide comprehensive assembly of electronics & electromechanical products, including both SMT & conventional PCB population, wiring of cable harnesses, hardware assembly and test. The scope of manufacture covers quick turn-around prototype work to medium volume production. In house design and manufacture of test fixtures extends our service to the advantage of our customers.

Our Electromechanical division specialises in the prototype to medium volume market dealing with small quantities of surface mount, through hole assembly and mixed technology. Utilising our own PCB manufacturing plant and pulling the ODB++ information onto Circuit CAM software, our Mydata SMT placement machines can be programmed quickly. Agilis feeders on the Mydata machines enable fast and economical change over of components. Passive component measurement is achieved simultaneously as the device is placed leading to accuracy and reliability. Stencil information for our DEK 248 printing machine can be created simultaneously, reflow is carried out by vapour phase, which allows the soldering process to be produced reliably.

After many years of NPI work we are able to offer a smooth transition from your design and BOM to an assembled instrument.

Test and repair Engineering

Within this division we have a team of test and repair specialists, who can do complete functionalproduct test or we can even act as your external repair resource.

Within the electromechanical division we are able to pull together all of the multidisciplines within Zot Engineering to build and test your product to exacting standards. Package them, and ship them to your warehouse or stores. These can be scheduled deliveries
