Responsible for the pricing of electronic /mechanical components in accordance with the manufacturing requirements for a diverse product range including medical and aerospace applications.
The primary objective is to ensure that all sales and quotation activities are completed in a timely manner and as accurately as possible.
As a CNC Machinist, you will work within our Toolroom team to develop and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
You will be responsible for using expert knowledge to operate and control numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Where feasible, use knowledge of relevant programming languages and input them into CNC machines for production, while ensuring products have precise and accurate measurements.

An Assembly Operator is an individual who works in various electronic assemblies within the manufacturing area. This operator will receive training on various processes and machines to complete customer orders and may also be trained to work in different departments within the division.

A Sheet Metal Operator is an operator who works in the designated department within the Sheet Metal Division. The operator will be trained in several different process machines within that department. They may also be trained to work within different departments within the division.
• To Interface with the production management system.
• To follow the prescribed production and quality procedures.
• To carry out work in the correct order.
• To carry out all maintenance within the stated period.
• To report any concerns to the Shift Supervisor
• To inspect the work in accordance with the critical characteristics.
• To ensure that the housekeeping of their work area is to the desired level.
• Maintain time and attendance to company standards.
• Observe Health and Safety regulations as laid down in company procedures and government legislation.

• Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry is preferred but not essential

• Previous experience of metalworking/engineering in a manufacturing industry preferred but not essential. Training is given.
The PCB Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment within the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Division to produce high-quality products that meet customer, quality, safety, and production requirements.
Operators will receive comprehensive training across multiple processes and will be required to work in different departments to support business needs and operational flexibility.
The main departments within the division are: -
Machining – Operates CNC drilling and CNC routing equipment used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards
Wet Process – Operates PLC-controlled chemical processing equipment and semi-automated direct imaging systems to support PCB manufacturing processes
Printing and Surface Finishing – Carries out screen printing activities and operates PLC-controlled chemical processing equipment to apply finishes and markings to printed circuit boards
Post-production – Responsible for routing, electrical testing, and final inspection activities. Operates CNC routing equipment, uses semi-automated electrical test systems, and performs final product inspections to ensure boards meet quality standards prior to dispatch.

Planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair of manufacturing machinery etc.
Key role in contributing to the improvement of Health and Safety within each division and Maintenance Department.
